Plans were to get back into a normal routine today. Things started out OK - 4 loads of laundry done, including bed sheets, house straightened, etc. Then Lisa and kids came over to get out of the way of David working on painting.
The rest of the day was just playing! After Brooks had a nap, we headed to the mall, had lunch at the food court, played on the little cars, played at the playground, rode on the train, and finally came back home. Brooks took his second nap - and Ashby and Lisa both zonked, too! They headed back home for the night after we had a light supper.
I can't complain about the interruption in my routine, though. We had way more fun than house cleaning!
