January 8th - Art Class Starts Again!

Today's big event was art class with Ashby.  We haven't had any classes since the beginning of December, so it was fun to get back to it.  We made a snowman picture, working on perspective and using both oil pastels and tempera paint.  It turned out really cute.

They brought the new puppy with them, so I got to cuddle with Toby.  He is so cute.  Ashby is totally in love with him.  She enjoyed doing the art project, but she was anxious to get back down to puppy once she finished.  Often she will do some free time art, but not today.  Toby won out!

The rest of my day was the usual - a couple of loads of laundry, working on family history - the normal routine.
